Mark has been amazing from day 1. He reassured me that our EMDR sessions would be in my own terms, and that I can try other types of therapies he has to offer at any time if I didn't feel like doing EMDR on the day of our session. I had a lot of questions about it as I've never tried it before and Mark was happy to answer them all. I felt safe enough to give it a go and I'm so glad I did. EMDR has helped me with processing my childhood and medical traumas and in turn alleviated some of my chronic illness symptoms. I gradually gained more and more control of my own body and I was able to keep pushing my doctors for answers (and the confidence to find a new job!). With my diagnoses, new found self confidence, and a few trial and errors of different medications, physical therapies, etc., my chronic symptoms now manageable. Even if my symptoms flare up, I bounce back to my baseline a lot easier than I used to a couple of years ago. I know my healing journey is not quite over, both physically and mentally, but my sessions with Mark has given me the tools to keep going. With my chronic pain under control, I've been able to explore art therapy too. I'm glad I took the leap with EMDR, it's an absolute game changer! Thank you Mark, I am so grateful for the work that you do!

I had 6 sessions with Mark and it was my first experience with councilling. I feel that from this short period I really gained a lot from it. I believe now I am better equipped with dealing with my anxiety and opening up in general which has helped me massively. I was unsure of what the experience would bring me, it was my first time at trying a one to one Counselling. I can honestly say those six sessions were the best thing that has happened to me in my life.I’m Mark I found somebody who could guide me with genuine sincerity; I was able to unlock the traumas that have troubled me over 40+ years. I was then helped to understand why I had reacted to situations in that time and how it had gradually dragged me down to a dark place.
